The building has been renovated with new plumbing, electrical, and sewer lines, so there are no slow drains or low pressure faucets. Cameras and Butterfly MX smart entry system that gives you a video notification of visitors or delivery people on your phone. New air conditioning and heating system. Each unit has new flooring, cabinetry, countertops, stainless appliances, stone countertops, new high efficiency stack laundry, recessed LED lights with dimmers. Each bathroom has a new tub and tile surround with generous shampoo niche for ease of organization. New toilet and vanity with under mount sink and stone countertop includes a designer LED mirror. Plenty of closet space in bedrooms and linen cabinets. New landscaping and courtyard lighting for a more intimate and tranquil environment. Street parking only. Owner pays for landscaping, trash, hot & cold water, and sewer. There is no on site parking, but there is plenty of street parking. As you will see in the photos, Pine Avenue was just repaved and diagonal on street parking installed.
