This is home. Great community and compared to other apartments in the downtown area, this one is affordable, super clean Main spaces, updated gym, nice pool/lounge/hot area and my favorite the gathering space. Also, pretty safe without any issues with crime or theft. Been a resident for a couple years and don’t plan on moving until it’s time for a home purchase. I’m a vet and small business owner here in LB and I love where I live especially how close it is to the train and beach.

I had two maintenance concerns, my kitchen sink was stopped up and my washing machine started leaking from the bottom. It took a couple of times to get the sink fixed but both times, Jose was quick to respond and attentive. The plumber was called out same day. Gotta love an efficient maintenance man, appreciate you brother. Also, he fixed a faucet issue in my bathtub that I forgot to submit a request for, so thanks for being proactive about that. You’re the best, fareal…thank you.
