This great condo is available for lease in the middle of December. It's located on the first floor so you won't need to deal with any stairs. As you walk in the front door you'll notice the spacious layout. The kitchen features all stainless appliances and ample counter space. Washer and dryer are also included with the property. Tenant will be responsible for gas, electric, and internet. Home is located off Jordan road and very close to 470 for any commuters. Community Amenities include a pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and fitness center. This property is proudly managed by PMI Parker. COM All advertised rent prices include a benefits package that includes an HVAC filter replacement plan, resident liability insurance coverage, access to a tenant portal allowing you multiple ways to pay rent, as well as access to a 24/7 emergency maintenance number. There is a one-time $150 lease initiation fee due at lease signing. Low credit applicants may be required to enroll in our high-risk tenant program at a cost of 3% monthly rent. If pets are allowed in the property, there will be the following pet related charges. $300 Pet deposit +$35 for each additional pet Monthly pet rent determined by size of pet not to exceed $35 per month per pet.
