Move on to the carpeted living room with a warming wood stove. Next is the bright, open kitchen with wood appliances and white appliances, including a dishwasher. There's also a bathroom and laundry/utility room on the first floor (washer/dryer not pictured). The second bathroom and two carpeted bedrooms are upstairs, each with a large closet. The property offers lots of exterior space for potential farming ventures—some permitted uses could be lavender or garlic farming, or goats, chickens, etc. Marijuana farming not allowed. Additional fees may apply, as well as separate lease terms. There is a parking pad right outside the unit in the shared yard, and use of a storage shed is avaialble. Pet policy: Well behaved small dogs negotiable.
