Villa Connie is complete with a game room with a pool table, dartboard, large screen TV, and a dry bar. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel furniture, plenty of counter space, and a breakfast bar that seats two. Off of the kitchen is the formal dining room, which seats four. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, and a large dresser, as well as sliders leading to the lanai. The attached master bathroom features two separate vanities and a large walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second guest room features 2 twin-size beds. They both offer flat-screen TVs and share the guest bathroom, which provides a tub/shower combination. The spacious southern exposure lanai features a sizeable electric-heated pool with a view of the wide canal.
