Hey, I'm Kevin. My roommate is moving out of town in the middle of the month and I need somebody to take over his portion of the rent $650 a month, and his split of utilities (preferably through the end of the lease in October '15). His room for rent is a private bedroom and private bathroom. The apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse located in the Ansley Forest Apartment complex. These townhouses were recently renovated (we are the first tenant since the renovation). The floors are all hardwood, and all of the finishings are really nice. First and foremost in terms of what drew me in to the apartment was the location. It is centrally located between the heart of Atlanta, walking distance to Piedmont Park, but still close to Buckhead or the Virginia Highlands area if you frequent those areas. The neighborhood is really friendly, and safe from what I have noticed so far. I've been living in this townhouse for a little over a month and have already fully furnished the living room and common areas. It's a great spot. About me, I'm a recently-turned-26 year old young professional who works a decent portion of the week, so you probably won't see me around if you are here during the day. There are no pets in the apartment. I like video games, working out, watching Netflix, whatever really. I think it's important that we get along as roommates so let me know if you are interested in the apartment or have any questions and we can go from there.
