I am a new resident at Avalon ParcSquare, and am so pleased to have found this place! The Office Staff (particularly Marissa) have been professional, pleasant, helpful and patient as we negotiated the "new normal" of apartment hunting during a pandemic. I had a few questions and suggestions before I moved in, and all were taken care of before my lease was signed! The location is wonderful - right in Historic Downtown Redmond - and the view (at least from my upper-floor apartment) is gorgeous (I'm a nut for trees!)! The building is quiet, on the whole. The rooms are somewhat larger than other places in the area, though pricing is comparable. Once I finally get unpacked, I expect to be very happy here for years!

Donny Donny was the one who had the expertise to fix the elevator. Many residents were inconvenienced due to the elevator being out of order. Donny fixed it with a smile. Also enjoy the service requests he quickly fulfills. Thank you Avalon for keeping Donny onsite !
