Very large 1 bedroom apartment w/ 1 additional smaller room off of the bedroom. New hardwood floors in the living room and bedroom and tile in the kitchen. This is on the 2nd floor of a 3 family building with a large backyard. Large modern eat in kitchen with new floor and updated bathroom. Bedroom gets tons of light. There is a large living room and 2 smaller rooms with windows. One that can used an office and another as Childs room or an office or walk in closet. Coin operated laundry is in the basement. It is a 7 minute walk to Airport Station on the Blue Line or 5 minutes via bus to Maverick Station. Many excellent restaurants within a few blocks. Commuters to Logan can also catch the Logan Sunrise Shuttle on our street. Efficient gas furnace and hot water. Heat and electricity are the responsibility of the tenant. $50 per month pet fee will be added to the monthly rent if a pet is approved. Large back yard. Back porch for this 2nd floor apartment. Coin operated laundry in the basement. Plenty of street parking. Close to public transit and on the shuttle stops for Logan.
