Very large 1 bedroom apartment w/ 1 additional smaller room off of the bedroom. New hardwood floors in the living room and bedroom and tile in the kitchen. This is on the 2nd floor of a 3 family building with a large backyard. Large modern eat in kitchen with new floor and updated bathroom. Bedroom gets tons of light. There is a large living room and 2 smaller rooms with windows. One that can used an office and another as Childs room or an office. Coin operated laundry is in the basement. It is a 7 minute walk to Airport Station on the Blue Line or 5 minutes via bus to Maverick Station. Many excellent restaurants within a few blocks. Commuters to Logan can also catch the Logan Sunrise Shuttle on our street. Efficient gas furnace and hot water. Heat and electricity are the responsibility of the tenant.
