Villa Cape Vida also includes a pack & play and high chair for the little ones! Living Room: The living offers vaulted ceilings and plenty of room for everyone to lounge or watch TV. You can easily see the pool and water through the sliders from anywhere in the open-floor plan! Dining Room: The dining area has a delicate chandelier over a dining table with room for 6 guests. There is additional room at the island in the kitchen with additional seating for two. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a large island and a Keurig coffee maker. Master Suite: The master suite is a soft retreat from the rest of the home. It features carpeted floors, a flat-screen TV and a King-sized bed. The attached bathroom offers granite counters, two sinks and a fully tiled shower. There is a large walk-in closet space attached to the bathroom for all of your storage needs. Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The first guest bedroom offers two twin-sized beds and a flat-screen TV. There is a desk available if you need to get some work done while away from home. The second and third rooms offer Queen-sized beds and a flat-screen TV in each. All the guest bedrooms share the second bathroom, which features a shower/tub combo, and doubles as the pool bath. Pool/Lanai/Dock: The pool area is where you'll want to spend all of your time, for sure! There is plenty of space for all in the electric-heated pool and attached spa. Sun loungers are available to work on your tan, and a second dining area is located right near the sliders with room for six guests. There is two other seating areas available as well.
