Head upstairs to a hallway with a skylight and a laundry nook with new washer/dryer. Privacy is afforded with one bedroom in the front of the property, and one at the rear, separated by a long hallway and a newly-built bathroom. Both bedrooms include ample closet space, two windows each, and ceiling fans. Truxton Circle is a conveniently located neighborhood that is surrounded by major thoroughfares of New York Ave, Florida Ave, and North Capitol Street, which makes getting around a breeze. Shaw-Howard Metro Station just 0.5 miles away, and U-Street/Cardozo and Mt Vernon Sq/Convention Center Stations are both just a few minutes further.
