This updated two-bedroom apartment occupies the top two floors of a two-unit row house that sits in a central location near downtown Washington DC. This unit boasts a newly remodeled bathroom, refinished hardwood flooring, and a shared front yard. Enter through the building foyer and up a flight of stairs to the main floor of the unit. The kitchen is situated at the rear of the unit and features ample cabinetry with a gas range, dishwasher, and recessed lighting. The living area occupies the rest of this level with two large windows at the front, and both recessed and track lighting to brighten the space. Head upstairs to a hallway with a skylight and a laundry nook with new washer/dryer. Privacy is afforded with one bedroom in the front of the property, and one at the rear, separated by a long hallway and a newly-built bathroom. Both bedrooms include ample closet space, two windows each, and ceiling fans. Truxton Circle is a conveniently located neighborhood that is surrounded by major thoroughfares of New York Ave, Florida Ave, and North Capitol Street, which makes getting around a breeze. Shaw-Howard Metro Station just 0.5 miles away, and U-Street/Cardozo and Mt Vernon Sq/Convention Center Stations are both just a few minutes further. If travelling by bus, find easy access to the 80, 90, 92, 96, and P6 lines. Truxton Circle and the surrounding neighborhoods are home to some of DC's favorite shopping, dining, and nightlife.
