House has central air and heat, a high efficiency washer and dryer, a driveway, and a two car garage. Location is just south of downtown, walking distance to the Minneapolis skyway, U.S. Bank Stadium, both the green and blue line light rail, and all that downtown has to offer. Here is what a previous tenant had to say about their experience renting at Green Rock: "Dale Howey and his crew are quick to respond to any emails or issues that arise, and promptly handle any repairs that need to be done (sometimes arriving within an hour of emailing). Green Rock's philosophy is Eco-consciousness and provide useful tips and equipment to reduce your carbon footprint. My unit also includes many amenities, including free internet, a gym, a storage unit, a parking space, and even a spot to charge my electric car."
