With its excellent location on the corner of 4th Street and 13th Ave SE in Dinkytown, the Fourth Street Housing Co-op is far from ordinary and within walking distance to everything you could need. With floor plans ranging from studios to 3BRs, we are excited to offer competitive rents and quality living to students. Additionally, residents will enjoy in-unit laundry, an on-site fitness center, indoor bike storage, study rooms, and first floor retail space!

Great find if your a college student. Great location on a corner and only a few blocks from the edge of campus. Management was always there when needed. Building is always clean and usually calm/quiet. Building events are ran by a resident board. The board are really nice/helpful people and the events are really entertaining.

Great place to live! I have lived here for 3 years as I went to school and it was an amazing experience! Excellent location and affordable! The Co-op community is great and it is easy to get involved. Management is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend living here for any college student!
