I am very quite, but I do go out to DC on the weekends as well as attend a few happy hours a month. My current roommate is moving out.... Lease is from July 7, 2012- July 6, 2013 The apartment is located in a lovely quiet complex! Beautiful grounds. Private gated community with a 24 hr gym on site. Free shuttle that takes you to Pentagon City Metro Station which is less than 15 minutes from DC via metro. Town Square at Mark Center is located off of 395 exit 4 which is about 5-10 minutes from DC. Complex has a mini park and walking trail. Pool on site and indoor basketball court. The apartment is 1080 sqaure ft. Roommate style which means bedrooms on opposite end. You will have your own bathroom. Wall to wall carpeting. Your room is 11 x 15.1 with a walk-in closet. Deck included in apt. Apartment is located on top floor which is gthe 4th floor. The building has an elevator. There is a onsite business office for use. I will send more pictures of the apartment only if you are interested. Washer/dryer in the apartment and a gas fireplace Apartment is kept very clean. I have living room furniture with additional decor. Utilities run: $25 electric, $28 gas, $30 water, and $66 for cable/internet. Also will have to pay $9 a month for renters insurance.
