The entire building was a gut rehab so it is a brand new unit, never lived in. It also has front private entrance and gets good light for a garden unit and is pet friendly. It is also located on a neighborhood block off of Ashland that is a one way street, so minimal traffic and a mix of renters and single family homes. Quiet, yet close to everything you need - endless restaurants, boutiques, bars, and public transportation. Easy street parking and we have an outdoor spot available that is tandem fitting two cars for$175 monthly. *Please note the photos are not of the garden unit, they are from unit above but same aesthetic and a video tour of the actual unit is available as well.
