This quaint seven unit apartment community features open-air direct access to each individual unit and welcomes in natural light from a large picture window in the living room. The spacious living room with wood floors opens to a dining area that will comfortably fit a table for six. A beautiful 5-burner gas range, separate built-in oven, refrigerator and dishwasher are all included. The calming neutral color palette continues in to the large bedroom that has ample space for a bed of any size, including a king, bedside tables and full sized dresser. This apartment has no shortage of storage space either! Besides the coat closet at the front door, the bedroom has spacious closet with sliding, mirrored doors plus built-in linen cabinets in the hall. The bathroom features modern vanity with aqua subway tiled backsplash that gives a serene space aesthetic. Shared coin-operated laundry is available on-site! One garage parking space available for $75/mo. Minimum one year lease preferred. Owner pays for water and sewer. Tenant pays for electric, gas, cable, internet and renter’s insurance. Pets will be considered with an additional deposit, however, no aggressive breed dogs will be accepted. First months rent plus one month security deposit and any applicable pet deposits will be due at lease signing within 48 hours of an approval. There is no risk to apply and the $40 application and credit check fee is not due until the owner has confirmed your basic qualifications and has chosen your application to proceed with. Application processing can take 1-2 days depending on how quickly your references get back to us.
