The bathroom features modern vanity with aqua subway tiled backsplash that gives a serene space aesthetic. Shared coin-operated laundry is available on-site! One garage parking space available for $75/mo. Minimum one year lease preferred. Owner pays for water and sewer. Tenant pays for electric, gas, cable, internet and renter’s insurance. Pets will be considered with an additional deposit, however, no aggressive breed dogs will be accepted.
