This rental is worth every penny. Adorable two-bedroom--clean with lots of storage in a vibrant community surrounded by shops, restaurants, parks, and walking/biking paths and trails. The owner is moving to Mexico and needs a reliable tenant. Two beautiful sunrooms and a lush garden area. The tenant will have raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb, and grapes next spring. These tomatoes and beans are volunteers. There will be more next year without doing anything. The tenant is welcome to use the gardening beds and trellises for gardens next year. The backyard also has a fire pit and plenty of wood. The basement has a lot of room for storage and an egress window for additional living space. The two bedrooms are good size, and the closets are roomy for a 1925 home. The kitchen is large and updated with many extras like roomy drawers, hidden garbage and recycling, and sliders for corner spaces. The bathroom has been updated as well, with extra storage and comforts. Gas fireplace, disposal, dishwasher, microwave, water softener, and washer/dryer. Chest freezer and extra fridge included. Hardwood floors throughout. There’s a detached garage slightly larger than single car. The tenant is responsible for mowing, shoveling, and lawn/landscape care and maintenance. The owner will provide an e-mower and e-snowblower. Will also leave other yard supplies, like rakes, shovels, hoses, etc., for the tenant’s use. The tenant is responsible for gas and electricity (typically ranges from $80 per month to $250 depending on seasons and the setting of the programable thermostat), water ($100 for three months), and sanitation ($30 per month). 5G Wi-Fi is provided. 18-month (or 19-month) lease starting 11.1.2023 or 12.1.2023. If you want the December 1st date, the owner will allow access two weeks early at no cost. If you want the November 1st date, you will only need to pay half the rent for November. Must have good credit and no criminal record. The first month’s rent and a $2,000 damage deposit are required with the lease. Can accept credit cards if you prefer, with a 3% transaction rate. The owner prefers no pets but will consider them if well behaved and possible increases to the damage deposit and rent.
