I’ve been living here for a few months now and I love it. The location is ideal because I’m surrounded by so much, I don’t have to move my car if I don’t need to. Also management has been nothing short of amazing. Pischia is a great asset to Gateway! She made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked into her office. She is professional, communicative, reliable and a hard worker. She is my go-to whenever I have an inquiry about something. I highly recommend working with Pischia if you’re considering living here.

The entire management “TEAM” at Gateway is just amazing. It’s finally nice to have an office & maintenance staff that actually cares and works extremely hard to make the entire community a better place. Kristen has certainly led the charge from day one as the community manager. It’s very clear to us and other residents that she truly is making changes to better the property for everyone. Pischia always has a smile on her face and goes out of her way to say hello and takes the time to genuinely carry on a good conversation. The maintenance staff is always on the go and seems to never stop. Julio & Pito are a joy to have at this property and I certainly hope others see how hard they work and the constant effort they put in to everything they do. Overall, I don’t have anything negative to say. I only wish that more residents would take the time to let others know what a great job the entire staff does and how truly special they all are. Thank you for putting the property and the residents first! It doesn’t go unnoticed on this end.

Over the past year, their dedication to providing outstanding customer service and maintenance support has truly impressed us. From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth and efficient. The Gateway at Malden Center team guided us through all the necessary paperwork and made sure we understood every detail of the lease agreement. They were responsive to all our inquiries and made us feel welcomed as new tenants. Throughout our tenancy, the level of customer service has remained consistently high. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, the staff at Gateway were always prompt and courteous in their responses. It's clear that they genuinely care about their tenants and strive to ensure that all our needs are met. One aspect that sets Gateway at Malden Center apart is their proactive approach to maintenance. The building and office spaces are meticulously maintained, creating a clean and professional environment for our business. On the rare occasion when we did encounter a maintenance issue, the building's maintenance team promptly addressed the problem, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations. Additionally, the common areas, such as the lobby and hallways, are always kept tidy and presentable, leaving a positive impression on our clients and visitors. The amenities provided have been an added bonus for us and our team. They built a small kitchen and a partition. The building's security measures instill confidence in the safety of our workspace, and the modern facilities, such as the well-equipped conference rooms, have been a valuable resource for our meetings and events. Furthermore, the location couldn't be better. With easy access to public transportation (orange line and numerous bus lines), ample parking options, and a variety of nearby dining and shopping choices, it's a prime spot for conducting business and meeting clients.
