Went to tour this place today and it was really cute! The Assistant Manager Kyle gave us a great tour and he had a great personality. Everything was clean and felt brand new. Update: It is a nice place to live and they work hard to resolve any issues you may have! Royce was very prompt in helping me resolve my issues. Nice place with great management! 10/10 recommend

Edit to my original: Kyle promptly called me and addressed the issues I brought up. And told me I was not the first one to bring this to his attention and they are (and have been) in the process of getting a pool attendant to deal with the issue. No one wants to hear drunken yelling of racial slurs and expletives well after dark most nights, and I don’t even have kids! So him telling me that this is going to be rectified very much instilled confidence and positive feelings back in me for this complex. Other than that, the goods are: Kyle is extremely responsive and a hard worker, you can tell he wants to do a great job; the apartment is clean, modern and gorgeous; the grounds stay clean; getting packages is super easy and convenient; the gym is clean, cool and filled with modern equipment; the pool area is beautiful (so it’s a shame when others darken it with some behaviors); a great location with little to zero traffic noise. The complex really is filled with positive aspects, don’t get me wrong! And am happy to know that my one and only complaint is being worked on diligently. Original review: I just moved in last week. Great apartment and grounds. But the noise and music at the pool after dark is ridiculous… all days of the week. If it’s not children screaming bloody murder, then it is loud music. I do hope staff sees this and enforces some kind of quiet hours rule. Very unfortunate that this issue is greatly reducing my rating and my view of this complex.
