Property Id: 2435453 Hi, I’m a guy in my late 30s looking to rent out a couple rooms in my home. I work as an engineer and keep a typical Mon-Fri schedule. I’m easygoing, social, and keep normal/respectful hours. I share the home with my girlfriend, two dogs, and a cat, so you must be comfortable living with animals. My elderly parents live in a fully separate basement ADU with their own kitchen, laundry, and private entrance, so the main living space is shared only with me and my girlfriend. About the room: I have two rooms for rent and would be open to renting the second adjacent room at a significantly reduced rate (great for an office or extra space). The room is ~210 sq ft with high ceilings and includes a private bathroom. The bed shown is king-sized and can be removed if desired. About the house: The home is 3660 sq ft and located in Bull Mountain on a quiet street. There are multiple decks, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to all common areas of the home. Washer and dryer are in the home (shared). There is a home gym available for use, as well as space in the garage for hobbies or storage. Parking is easy with driveway and street options. The details: Rent is $1000/month and includes utilities and internet. I prefer to start month-to-month to make sure it’s a good fit, then move to a longer-term lease if things work out. Smoking is allowed outside. Cats are welcome. I’m looking for a long-term housemate who is respectful and easy to live with.
