Updated bathrooms, new paint and carpet throughout. 3 bedrooms upstairs (Master bed has private full bath) + 2 other bedrooms up stairs that share a full bath...then ANOTHER full bath with shower DOWNSTAIRS to accommedate the dawnstairs bedroom!! To complete our rental application, each applicant 18 years or older will need to provide; -Their own separate and complete application along with the $50.00 Application Fee. - A current form of identification. - Proof of monthly income with (2) two most recent pay stubs. - If you have pets, you must complete a pet application, submit a $400.00 Non-refundable Pet Application Fee, and provide a clear PICTURE of your PET with you in the photo. Additional pet rent of $50.00 a month per pet will be required.
