The bathroom is extremely oversized and could honestly be a whole room for the size that it is. The back yard is huge with a patio for grilling or enjoying a cup of coffee and a good book. The home is cleaned weekly. If you are interested in the second floor being cleaned each week then we could work this into the price of rent. Or set up a schedule and payments directly with the cleaning lady. Use of the Washer and dryer included at no additional cost. Detergent is not included. The space is fully furnished with: Bedroom: Carpeted floors Walk-in closet Large windows for natural light built in desk bookshelf full size bed side table and lamp coffee table 2 sitting chairs Rocking chair storage chest TV ( optional upon request ) WiFi Included Bathroom: Huge Bathroom Double sinks Full bath - shower / tub combo with sliding doors Full linen closet for storage Window As well as Trunk /chest for additional storage Plenty of room to add a vanity or sitting area. Kitchen (down stairs) The kitchen is a shared space with a separate fridge in the garage for your use. Parking: Large circular driveway in front for parking . Vehicles will be safe because they are not curbside on the street. Home access is through the Front door. There is no leasing length in the contract so you are welcome to rent any length of time that suits you! Additional details: My grandmother is the home owner and occupies the 1st floor. She is a sweet lady that loves to cook and read. she is disabled (mostly blind) but Extremely self-sufficient. She is looking for someone to rent the upstairs to help supplement her income. The home is pet free, although she used to own a cat ( stated for allergy purposes) My grandmother can no longer climb the stairs, so you will not have to worry about privacy. She has the occasional visit from family for holiday dinners and to check in on her and assist with home upkeep. Restrictions: Pets no parties / excessively loud music Visitor's are limited your rental space No overnight visitors.
