While the kitchen does not have a stove, it is equipped with a toaster oven and a portable induction cooktop. The updated bathroom adds a touch of modernity to your stay, while the screened-in porch allows you to bask in nature's beauty without any unwanted guests. While there is not a full size washer/dryer, there is a small portable washing machine which spins clothes to 90% dry! We are also happy to recommend a local laundry pick up and drop off service! Please note this property is situated on the grounds of another larger home, which is occupied by the homeowners. Plenty of street parking is available on Sans Souci Street, or Ashley Avenue! Small dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee. In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $250 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax.
