New house, 1,903 Sq Ft, 2 Bdrms and 2 en-suite Bathrooms, plus an extra Study room with closet and 1/2 bath next to it. 2 Car garage. Yard care included. Note: I will keep the study vacant for our family and friends that may occasionally visit (we are allowed 45 nights of visitors in a year between the two of us, per HOA rules).
