Enjoy your stay in this cozy newly remodeled and furnished home in Little Bohemia. In the morning, sip coffee on the enclosed porch or get some fresh air out back on the patio. During the afternoon and evening, you can enjoy all Downtown Omaha has to offer from the wonderful restaurants/shops in the Old Market ( This furnished rental is stocked with all the extras. The inside features three bedrooms - Bedroom 1: Bunk beds (full and single) and TV, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, TV, and closet, Bedroom 3: Full bed, TV, and closet. The dining area seats 6 and connects to the living room featuring comfy couches and a 55-inch TV. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, new countertops, Keurig/coffee maker, and everything you need to cook like you are at home! We also converted the breakfast nook into a desk area to accommodate our business travelers. The bathroom has a tub for soaking and a separate shower. In the backyard, you will find an 8-person patio set and propane grill - perfect for enjoying those summer nights with friends and family. Utilities and WiFi are included there is also 2 dedicated parking spots and space behind for possibly two more vehicles. There is also street parking for free! This rental is only available for a 3 month lease.
