During the afternoon and evening, you can enjoy all Downtown Omaha has to offer from the wonderful restaurants/shops in the Old Market ( This furnished rental is stocked with all the extras. The inside features three bedrooms - Bedroom 1: Bunk beds (full and single) and TV, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, TV, and closet, Bedroom 3: Full bed, TV, and closet. The dining area seats 6 and connects to the living room featuring comfy couches and a 55-inch TV. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, new countertops, Keurig/coffee maker, and everything you need to cook like you are at home! We also converted the breakfast nook into a desk area to accommodate our business travelers. The bathroom has a tub for soaking and a separate shower. In the backyard, you will find an 8-person patio set and propane grill - perfect for enjoying those summer nights with friends and family. Utilities and WiFi are included there is also 2 dedicated parking spots and space behind for possibly two more vehicles. There is also street parking for free! This rental is only available for a 3 month lease.
