First and second floor end units with wood and tile floors, covered parking, screened lanai, W/D in unit. First floor units are handicap accessible, with grab bars, elevated toilet seats, etc. Property is located at the back entrance of the Cape Coral Hospital, so tenants can easily walk to the hospital and surrounding medical offices. Also, walking distance to dining, shopping, and bus lines. This is the unit of the prior property manager, and so is the nicest unit in the building. Well maintained by the same owner since 1983.
