Criteria for Approval - The total income of all applicants must be at least 3 times the rent. (All sources of income do count.) - Criminal History. We consider how long ago the crime occurred, the circumstances, and evidence of rehabilitation. Each property owner will make their own decision based on the online criminal history check results. - Rental History or home ownership must be verifiable.
