About 124 West 2nd Street
Hi! My name is Kiana and I think I have a room for you! It's at post on nord which is a brand new apartment complex that has just been built, ready to move into in august, and is only a mile from campus, (it's right across from university village so you can use the shuttle to get to campus). These apartments have great amenities including a pool, gym, study lounge and more. I will not be attending Chico State next year so you would be taking over my lease. You would live with three of my close friends from last year. They're all 19 and are super sweet and fun girls that anyone could get along with. This apartment is pet friendly and I'm pretty sure they even have a little dog park! The rent is $809/month plus about $25 if you have a car and you will have your own room and bathroom. If you are interested please go to the post on nord website and apply, but you have to say that you are re-letting the lease under my name. Please let me know if you apply! Girls only please!
