This home was renovate top to bottom in 2017 and features hardwood flooring throughout, recess lighting, stainless steel appliance suite in the kitchen, central air/heat, a finished basement, private back patio and two well sized bedrooms. Enter into the living room area which flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen with it’s open concept layout. Back through the kitchen there are sliding glass doors that lead to the back patio. The finished basement offers some additional living space as well as the laundry machines and some storage space. Upstairs both bedrooms bookend the second floor with the full bathroom in the center. There are stairs that lead to what was once a roof deck that had to be removed, there is no roof access. Lastly, some local amenities include Aldi’s, CVS, Porco’s, Dock Street Brewery and being just a short walk to Graduate Hospital and Southwest Center City! Lease Terms: Generally, 1st month, and 1 month security deposit due at, or prior to, lease signing. Other terms may be required by Landlord such as last month’s rent upfront. $65 application fee per applicant. electricity, gas (if applicable), cable/internet and $10/mo technology fee. Water is a flat monthly fee of $75. $25 service fee plus cost of the air filter will be charged quarterly for routine air filter replacement.
