Property Id: 2559939 Large second bedroom in clean, quiet, modern 1,134 sq. ft condo. You will have a private bathroom and the kitchen, living, laundry, and dining areas to yourself most of the time. This is my second home and I am away roughly 60% of the year. $1,500 per month, ALL utilities included The condo is located in the incredibly convenient Carmel Mountain Ranch area with nearby shopping, restaurants, hiking trails, golf courses and freeways Looking for ONE MALE to move in between May 23rd and May 30th. PLEASE NO PETS OR CHILDREN. Room: 12' x 16'. It faces east, has a large window and lets in lots of natural light. It also has a closet with a top shelf for storage. It is currently furnished but can be removed if you prefer your own furniture. LEASE TERMS: 6-month minimum with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit equal to one month's rent: $1,500 PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and first month's rent saved up ($3,000) please do not contact me I'm hoping to find: Young male professionals/grad students/serious minded, mature Individual who can keep a clean house Responsible person that pays rent on time Peaceful, mellow person to share the house What I'm NOT looking for: Party animals. My condo is QUIET and I mean quiet after 9pm. I wake up at nearly 6am each day so this environment is not conducive to someone who enjoys loud noise at night. Passive aggressive people. If there is a problem, we discuss it as mature adults. I do not need any adult children living in my condo. Messy people. When finished in the kitchen, clean it. Same goes for the other areas.
