METRO PARK HISTORIC HOME - 95 years young. We will negotiate a lower monthly rental obligation with a 24 month lease. Come check out OKC's hottest up and coming neighborhood, Metro Park. This is the closest neighborhood to downtown OKC. All the entertainment districts are in walking distance - Plaza District, Film Row, Paycom Center via the streetcar, OU Medical / Law School, Plaza Court - RESTAURANTS Galore.
