If looking for an apartment, ignore the old reviews. Alexander, the fairly newer property manager, made the process of getting an apartment (especially with only having one week to find one), tremendously easy. He was kind, professional, and took a very active role in ensuring that the process of getting into the apartment was seamless. Also, the building itself, esthetically, is pretty awesome!

Only lived here for a year but the experience I had here was definitely like a travel in time. If you are somebody who wants to live in the city but enjoys history this is the place. Not for the faint of heart because this place definitely has a soul. My property manager Alex was the most easy going and helpful person through my experience living here. Unfortunately I couldn’t stay because of family health problems but this is probably the most honest review I have written. You want something different but close to everything you need? This is the spot. You want to really experience a building with a soul? This is it. If you are a free thinker, artists, entrepreneur, or somebody who wants some weird in your life this is definitely the place. Thank you Tuscany, I will miss her.
