Being in the middle of the first floor on the St. Francis side of the building, this condo is immediately adjacent to the elevator and trash room, the pool and courtyard is right around the corner, and the exit to St. Francis St. and the gym are extremely close being right down the hall. Trust me, the proximity to the gym is one of the only reasons I was able to drag myself there half the time!
