You will get the Master Suite all to yourself including private bathroom and walk in closet, as well as your own parking space in the underground garage. I currently have a female roommate (who is available as a reference, but male or female is fine). The condo itself has a gas fireplace, is fully furnished except the bedroom (sofa, kitchenware, full-sized new washer and dryer), and has all sorts of luxury upgrades (granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, etc.) I am very flexible with replacing this furniture, etc. if you would like to bring some of your own. Rent is $1,100 per month, plus half of the utilities not included in the condo fees (probably a hundredish more). That includes electric, gas, and cable/wireless internet (I cover the condo fees).
