We have been living in Reserve at Fairfax Corner for over 9 months and so far it has been great. Darya the Leasing Manager is very professional, friendly, courteous and always available to address your questions and concerns. Last year before we moved in, we told Darya the detached garage is not very clean and requested her to ask the house keeping staff to clean it. But she personally went there and cleaned the garage. Also all their staff including maintenance are very professional, the service tickets we create are attended in a timely manner. The apartments at Fairfax Reserve offers lot of privacy compared to other apartments in the busy Fairfax Corner neighborhood. The floor plans are good, spacious, units are more sound proof, have units with attached garages and they also lease detached garages for storage and parking. We highly recommend Reserve at Fairfax Corner to anyone looking to rent in this area.
