Nestled on a spacious lot surrounded by mature trees and natural beauty, this Baton Rouge home is a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city! The den features a wood-burning fireplace and an adjoining dining area and the kitchen with a gas stove/oven and refrigerator. The home includes two bedrooms: a primary suite with its own private bathroom and a second bedroom that works equally well as a guest room, office, or workout space. Outside, enjoy relaxing on the front porch with its swing, or take advantage of the covered carport for convenient parking and extra storage. Pet Friendly, but pets must be approved by Owner before applying, and pet fee will be determined by Owner. Please contact Fran Fremaux with Select Living at 225-229-0359 for all inquiries. There is a $55.00 nonrefundable application fee to be paid at the time of submission. You must also submit a copy of your ID and 30 days’ proof of most recent income with the application. If self-employed, please provide tax returns. Must show that you net 3xs the monthly rent and provide 3 yrs of rental history information. All occupants over the age of 18 must apply and submit a copy of their photo ID.
