We have a room available to be moved into immediately in Presidio Heights. Ideally you are willing to sign on to a 12 month lease, but we can be flexible on this. About the house: The house is a massive 3 story building. There is an in unit washer and dryer, a massive kitchen, two living rooms, 2 wood burning chimneys, and a massive backyard. You are able to get plenty of privacy even with 4 other people living there. Only street parking, but it is very easy to find a spot. About the roommates: Four guys, all in our late twenties working in SF and Palo Alto. We rarely work from home and are rarely home at the same time during the weekdays unless it's later in the evening. We like to hangout the times we are around, but do not feel like you have to.
