The property is located four houses down from the beach, and a stone's throw away from Seabright beach. Step inside to uncover a spacious layout designed for comfort and functionality. The kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, in addition to the built- in oven and glass cooktop. It also offers an abundance of cabinet space and beautiful granite countertops. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms are very good sized and each have a walk-in closet. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and walk in shower. The second bathroom is off the hallway with a shower over the tub. The open floorplan living room and dining room are bathed in natural light and afternoon sun. Perched atop the Seabright cliff, its large windows and private deck offer unobstructed panoramic oceanfront views and the Boardwalk! The home comes with designated, spacious storage space and off-street parking for one car. There are two guest parking spots as well. The building has a shared laundry room and an EV charging station. The home has forced-air heating. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers. We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well.
