I'm looking to rent out a room. It's located within walking distance of the Wiehle Metro Stop, W&OD trail, and the condo overlooks the forest of Lake Fairfax Park. The park itself provides ample space for both hiking and mountain biking. The condo is a 2bd / 1.5ba. You will have shared access to the entire space, except for the master bedroom/half bath. The living room is fully furnished with a sectional couch, furniture, and large screen TV. Your room is unfurnished with 13 x 9 closet. I have a dog named Lola, she is a friendly Lab/Pit mix with no history of aggressive behavior of any kind. No additional pets will be accepted. Rent includes parking, access to pool, and tennis courts. Utilities are fixed at $100 to cover electric, water, and gas. Internet is not included with the utilities. A background check and one month's rent as a deposit is required. I prefer to rent for a full year. About me: I'm a 25 year old male, and have lived in the area for about 16 years. In that time, I've made many friends who still work in the area, and like to hang with them in Arlington. In regards to activities, I like to go camping, hiking, and snowboarding.
