The rent is $712 per person, per month Utilities are about $80-$100 per person, per month. Unfortunately, no cats or dogs. We are currently looking for one, 20-something, professional to live in a 4-bedroom house beginning in September. The lease is for one year (minimum). The house is located in South Arlington, right off of Columbia Pike (lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance on Columbia Pike - fun area!). It is close to Pentagon City Metro, ART/Metro Bus Stops, and highway access. We are within 10 minutes of DC, Clarendon, and Alexandria. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with plenty of street parking. We're looking for one person who is responsible, clean, and considerate; who enjoys hanging out at home, as well as going out. Two females currently live upstairs, and one male recently joined the mix on the lower level. The person selected will fill the empty bedroom downstairs. We are willing to stay open minded, but are currently favoring the idea of a male as a new roommate both for a sense of balance in the household, and to keep things more simple logistically given that a guy is already residing downstairs. About us: we are two professional ladies and one guy who like to relax, but also enjoy going out on the town. The ladies are social and typically go out on weekends, and the guy is more low key and enjoys listening to music, learning about different cultures, spending time outdoors, and staying active in fitness.
