I live here for the past couple of years, and have only high praise for the administration and maintenance team. Especially Paul and Jeniffer who have been very prompt in responding to our maintenance requests. The Rent here does steeply increase though, but not going to put that on the administration/maintenance team.

Leaving this review because of a great experience that I had with Juan, one of the Maintenance Techs here. Juan came to replace a light fixture on my move-in day. On his way out he noticed a few spots of paint that needed touching up, so he got some paint and fixed it up. While painting he noticed a part of my dryer that wasn't functioning properly, so he fixed that too. Excellent service, very happy!
