Two-Story Townhome located convenient to major roads and shopping. Courtyard entry from parking lot with room to entertain. Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with a private bath and balcony. Kitchen and dining area, living room and half bath downstairs. Lease does not include a microwave. Two dedicated parking spaces (commercial vehicles and some large trucks need HOA approval and dedicated parking area). One dog will be considered with owner approval. Owner will manage property after move in. Application fee is $75 anyone 18 and older. A $125 processing fee is due at lease signing. Application instructions and a sample lease will be provided by the showing agent. Current Tenant in the process of vacating.
