I adore living at Soba. It’s clean, well maintained, the staff is friendly and the amenities are wonderful. I feel it’s very reasonably priced. I toured several “luxury” apartment complexes in Jacksonville and Soba was without a doubt the best “bang for your buck” the maintenance staff does a great job and is prompt to respond. I put in a service order and they were at my apartment within 20 minutes! 🤩 I love the dog spa, and the easy access to the doggy day care right next door, perfect for dog owners! 🐕 The only thing that would make this place better would be a dog park. 10/10 would recommend.

Leasing process was easy to navigate. Quick responding and attentive staff. The apartment was in great condition, and the property has excellent amenities. Thank you! Edit: Maintenance is very responsive for even the smallest issue. Very friendly and willing to assist.
