Ms Angela is the most absolutely amazing person... She helped me with getting a three bedroom for me and my kids. She literally went above and beyond to help me with move in paperwork and other documents. I definitely give them 5 stars... She was such an amazing helpful understanding and just purely awesome woman. I'd definitely recommend St John's Pointe Apartments their customer service is honestly amazing. Thank you so much Angela , you've been so amazing thru this whole process and now my kids and I have a home , move in Feb 9. I'm so excited for this apartment. ~Amanda~ Well we are moved in and I absolutely LOVE MY APARTMENT! We haven't had our own place in a few years so it's amazing having our own place again. ALOT has happened this last year and it's just really nice to have a place of our own, a tranquility! A few photos below right at move in. Again Angela, Thank you so much. UPDATE::: I've renewed my lease and Ms Sheryl {new manager}has helped me a lot with paperwork and renewing my lease. She's gone above and beyond helping me with helping me get things together. Thank you, Ms. Sheryl. UPDATE AGAIN::: When I tell you this apartment complex has the most awesome leasing office personnel, I swear by it. They are very understanding and helpful to accommodate. Ms Sheryl & Ms Alejandra are amazing and very supportive. I’ve been living here since Feb 2022 & my kids and I absolutely love it here. I’ve had a few problems within my apartment but that’s expected. When I do have an issue - they come over and fix it almost immediately. The maintenance guys are really awesome too. 5/5 stars ⭐️ for sure!! Thank you St John’s Pointe Apartment Staff 🥳😊😁

Friendly and very efficient staff, helped me through every step of the moving process. Lived in this complex prior and had moved out and came back because I know the maintenance and staff are reliable and always amazing with assisting you to make your living here enjoyable! Edit from last review: Have been living here for a few months now and it’s been nothing but enjoyable! Amazing Staff and neighbors!
