From the application process to actually moving in, and even after the staff here has been exceptional!! Professional, very organized and most of all hospitable, I knew this was this was the place I wanted to call home. Thank you so much to all the staff here, especially Ebony and Ms Pam. Both were awesome, and made this process easy, comfortable, and just overall a great experience! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for their next home! 😊

In all my time renting a different apartment yearly for the last decade, this is the only one that has been consecutively outstanding. They give you plenty notice when anything needs to be fixed or repaired. The area itself is well taken care of and I rarely, if ever, suffered from any noise pollution. When there is an emergency, they were always on call. My AC died around 8pm on a day when their offices were closed and they sent someone out to fix it about an hour later which they did quickly. The apartment itself had minimal damage or issues and even the ones I found in the first month were dealt with and taken care of within the week. For clear accountability for any prospective renters, my rent was $1,234/ month for a 1-bed 1-bath.
