Important Notes: This unit is professionally managed by the FAS Company, however we do not manage the building or condominium association. All tenants must comply with condominium rules and regulations. The condominium association requires a $300 non-refundable move-in fee and a $100 refundable move-in deposit, separate from and in addition to our management fees. These fees are paid directly to the association at the time of reserving the loading dock prior to move-in.
