Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. A half-bath has been tucked between the kitchen, and living room, ideal for guests who will be using the queen-size sleeper sofa. The bright and airy kitchen features an impressive kitchen island with custom counters, that is the perfect place for a quick meal, or space to get some work done. Guests will enjoy having modern conveniences, such as stainless appliances, and a full-size washer/dryer. Enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cup of joe on the balcony that sits off of the kitchen. Head upstairs to find two bedrooms, that are furnished with queen size beds. The primary bedroom floods with natural light, a flat screen TV, en suite bath with standing shower and a spacious closet. Next door, the second bedroom is home to a queen size bed and a second en suite bath with tub/shower combo! What is parking like for Lynwood Collection on Forsyth? Guests are assigned a private space to park their vehicle in the lot behind the home. We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends.
