A 48-hour parking pass may be purchased for $12 through the City of Savannah Parking Services. Public parking garages are also nearby. An additional air mattress is available for flexible arrangements. Located directly off West Congress Street, next to Franklin Square, this loft is at the epicenter of Savannah’s most iconic sights, dining, and nightlife. Horse-drawn carriages pass right outside your door, and nearly everything downtown is walkable. Top-rated restaurants and vibrant nightlife are all at your doorstep, making a car unnecessary. Due to the prime nightlife location, city sounds may be present, especially in the evenings. Sound machines are provided for guest comfort. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Remaining in the Unit more than 30 minutes past check-out will result in a $75 late departure fee. Remaining in the Unit more than two (2) hours past check-out will result in an additional night being charged. A $40 fee per undeclared Guest will be charged. Unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property and violation results in a $200 fine, plus any additional costs incurred from odor remediation or loss of subsequent reservations.
