Have lived in the Anson for a month now and we're having a great experience so far. Great amenities & location, and very manageable commute both North to SF and South to Palo Alto. John G. has been especially helpful in getting us anything we need and has been fantastic to work with. Highly recommend.

Great place with all the appropriate amenities. Leasing office is good. If you ever need help, John Gumera is the go-to expert who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to address your needs and concerns. Manager Shahzad is great too. Only problem is the sound wall that blocks freeway noise does not extend all the way down but this is not in the management’s purview so this place still deserves 5 stars!
