My wife and I have lived at Ten01 for 11 months now and our experience has been nothing but amazing. Staff is always super friendly, the gym is great, and maintainence is excellent and always responds within a day or 2 from our experience. The complex is kept very clean as well. We’ll probably be moving once our lease ends in the next few months due to us not really utilizing all the awesome amenities offerred here and because we have a dog and want an apartment complex that we can easily access outside with a dog park area, but overall we have loved our stay thus far at Ten01!
I experienced the best tour with Geoffrey this past Friday. He was so kind & informative and gave me an in-depth view of the property. Ten01 is a beautiful apartment complex!

I must once again express my thoughts about Mark Tylor and the management team at Tempe Ten01.
Mark Tylor, I have to tell you, you have an excellent management team running Tempe Ten01 for you. Here’s why:
1. They are proactive, friendly, efficient, responsible, and professional. (A special touch that makes me feel comfortable is that they value every resident, they remember my name and always greet me when we meet.)
2. They don’t just sit in the office to handle issues. When I mentioned that my door lock had a problem, Hector first came to check the situation, and then McChrista followed up with a second visit to further assess the severity and urgency. Even though the door lock system is handled by a third-party, McChrista still managed to resolve the issue swiftly within a week. During the waiting period, she provided alternative solutions to temporarily fix the lock problem.
3. The service/maintenance team— Tommy is truly professional. He was able to quickly identify the issue with my A/C within minutes. Having such a skilled professional on the team saves you, Mark Tylor, time, effort, and cost.
4. My apologies for forgetting the names of the other two excellent members of the service team besides Tommy and Raily. They were all very proactive and friendly in helping me with the tickets I submitted for repairs. Every time I raised a ticket, they came within 24 hours to assist me. If I wasn’t home that day, they would come back the next day until the issue was resolved.
With my background— 40+ years old as a professional manager, handling multinational projects, programs and leading teams of hundreds across borders, my 20-year experience tells me, Mark Tylor, you have a fantastic, dedicated, and responsible professional team managing Ten01 for you. Please cherish and value such a team!
One small suggestion: before new tenants move in, you could create a checklist to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition, rather than having tenants discover and report issues one by one after moving in. After all, tenants aren’t being paid to inspect whether your equipment can work functionally. Time is money, and I’ve spent quite some of my time on this.
Overall, I am very satisfied living here.

I just moved in two weeks ago, and the management team has been great! Although there were some issues when I moved in, the management and support teams have been very responsive, addressing and fixing problems quickly—usually within 48 hours. They work effectively and efficiently, demonstrating their professionalism. However, some issues may take more time to resolve, such as ordering materials or dealing with complex system problems like door locks that require specialist attention.
I'll continue to share my experience as it progresses. One thing to note is that some neighbors seem unaware of the community quiet hours, which are from 10 PM to 8 AM. It might be helpful if the management team could send out a reminder or announcement about these hours to ensure everyone is informed.

Geoffrey was amazing and very thorough! He was so willing to share information and figure out a good apartment and price. He is a perfect representation of Mark Taylor and is very confident and charismatic.

Geoffrey was the best, he explained everything so so well. There’s no way he’s new to the company that man is literally a pro & is so knowledgeable and he reps Mark Taylor with pride. If I decide to put in an application it’s solely bc of Geoffrey’s skills he is amazing

Went on a tour of the apartments here and Hector was a great help! He answered all of our questions and gave us an excellent tour. He has also been very helpful since our tour. Thank you Hector!
I give ten01 5 stars because of the management team. Stephanie, Makayla, and McChrista went above and beyond to ensure my move in process was as stress free as possible. They are efficient, quick-witted, and responsive. Compared to past reviews, management has improved significantly since then.
My only complaint are how thin the walls are (you can smell, hear, TASTE everything), which is obviously out of their control. Other than that, it is a great community so far. Will update at the end of my lease!
