I live in Florida and recently called Grande Oaks for information, because I want to move .The leasing agent who answered the phone was extremely helpfuland so nice, I feel really comfortable with her . She provided all the information I needed and made the process smooth and straightforward. Overall, I had a great experience with her customer service.

I love living there. Between the great maintenance staff. The only down fall is the opening of the pool. I move around September 9 and was told the pool was closed. In the summer time I rather be around water. Now it is June 8 and still no pool. Why do paid these amenities if I can’t enjoy them?
