I highly recommend Bear Run Village for anyone looking to rent. The apartments, gym, pool, and grounds are all very nice and well maintained. All our maintenance requests were addressed promptly and taken care of correctly the first time. The girls in the front office were super friendly and always very helpful. Overall our experience here was great, Bear Run Village is a really good place to live.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my year and a half at Bear Run! The staff (administrative and maintenance) were always so attentive, helpful and professional. Always! My air conditioning stopped working on Labor Day and someone was there to fix it within 2 hours of the placement of my maintenance request. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The new management is making so many updates and improvements. The community is friendly, safe, and quiet. Ohio Township is a great location and close to so much. Highly recommend this wonderful place to live!
